Please read these terms carefully before using FixyGo. By signing up, you agree to follow them.
Basic rules
- No misuse of the platform, its services, or other members.
- No fake bookings, spam requests, or harassment of vendors.
- Fair usage only — automated scraping or abuse is not permitted.
- Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Vendor rules
- No overcharging without the customer's clear, prior consent.
- Good behavior is required at all times — be respectful, punctual, and professional.
- Provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Honor confirmed bookings. Cancellations should be communicated promptly and in good faith.
Payments & disputes
- Payments follow the agreed quote. Extra charges require written consent from the customer.
- Disputes should be raised within 48 hours of service completion via the support channel.
- FixyGo may mediate but is not party to the service agreement between user and vendor.
Account actions
- Accounts violating these rules may be warned, suspended, or permanently removed.
- You can request account deletion any time; some records may be retained as required by law.
